Here in Ty Gwyn we pride ourselves in supporting local businesses, such to bring the very best quality ingredients to the table. Our diary fruit & veg meats, breads & fish are all sourced locally, thus reducing the chain from farm folk. The seasons – do dictate our menu so variations on some dishes are possible. The vast majority of our menu is homemade and all our meals are cooked to order by our chefs, we do appreciate your patience at peak times as a thirty minute wait can be expected.
